2 cups organic rolled oats
1/2 cup organic coconut sugar
1/4 cup tapioca or arrowroot flour
1/4 cup brewer's yeast
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup grass fed butter, melted
2 tablespoons raw honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
There are endless mix-ins that you can add into this cookie recipe to switch things up. Some variations I enjoy include:
Dried Cranberries, Raisins
A Dash of Pumpkin Spice
Other Optional Ingredient Swaps:
Almond Butter: Can be replaced with sunflower butter or tahini, if allergic to nuts. Peanut butter can also be used.
Grass-Fed Butter: Can be replaced with coconut oil.
Raw Honey: Can be replaced with maple syrup.
