From Our Kitchen: Mango & Squash Smoothie

Not overly sweet. Not under-sweetened. Just right.


2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup frozen butternut squash

1/4 cup steamed, frozen cauliflower

1/4 cup mango (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon bee pollen

1/2 teaspoon lucuma


  1. In a large blender, combine all of the ingredients listed above and blend until well-combined.
  2. Separate into dishes for yourself and for baby. Top off the smoothies with toppings, if desired.
  3. Enjoy!
