Pumpkin Hummus

Pumpkin. Tahini. Spices. The perfect switch-up for your traditional hummus recipe.


1 cup organic pumpkin puree

3 tablespoons tahini

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon olive oil

½ teaspoon cumin

¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink sea salt


  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, tahini, garlic powder, olive oil, cumin and sea salt.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients until well blended.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving.


Makes 4 Servings

If you're serving to a child under the age of 1, make sure to omit the salt.
